                WELCOME TO THE CLINIC
Covid-19 Symptom Monitoring

The health, safety, & well-being of our students & staff is our top priority.  Families play an important part in a child’s education, but children can’t learn if they do not feel well.  It is important to monitor your child every day before they go to school. If your child is not feeling well & have any of the following symptoms, please keep them home.

o   Fever (100° Fahrenheit or higher), chills or shaking chills

o   Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

o   New loss of taste or smell

o   Muscle aches or body aches

o   Cough (new cough, not due to other known cause)

o   Sore throat, when in combination with other symptoms

o   Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea when in combination with other symptoms

o   Headache when in combination with other symptoms

o   Fatigue, when in combination with other symptoms

o   Nasal congestion or runny nose (not due to other causes, such as allergens), when in combination with other symptoms- it may seem like a cold but often cold symptoms mimic covid symptoms.

If your child is tested for Covid-19, they must remain home until results are returned. We accept at home tests at this time as well. Please call Nurse Stacy with any positive covid-19 test results.

If your child has received the Covid-19 vaccination, please send a copy to me as well. We strive to keep all immunizations up to date.

When in doubt, please reach out to me for guidance. I am here to help!
